Hi, I have 2004 Chopper that was all redone in 2014. It was a complete strip down to the frame. New paint (candy cobalt blue with airbrushing and pearl $6700), wires, and a full rebuild. It is a 100cc rev tech with a 6 speed trans. New rubber front and rear matching avon venom x. New exhaust Santee LAF was also added and lots of chrome. It has hooligan rims and sprockets open 3 inch primary. I have maybe 500 miles on the rebuild.
