These bikes were a part of a very exclusive and limited custom build. They were designed by Martin Windmill, which worked for KOSMAN Specialty as a design engineer. He designed ProStock Bikes that raced in the NHRA. He also helped with the design of the ProStock Harley and designed bikes for other motorcycle manufacturers. Every part of this bike was meticulously researched and designed with 100’s of hours of machine work! One of a kind! One of the trickest parts of the bike is the fuel tank design, it is incorporated in the front down tube and front lower frame and carries a high volume fuel pump, holding around 3.5 gallons of fuel. Also, the frame has a unique top rail, it was engineered with a pro stock type pivoting top rail which gives easy access to engine and trans. It carries a light weight carbon fiber body mounted to it. One of the first things you notice as the bike is parked and showing off, is the way the body lifts up from the frame and rests with a kickstand. Most people don’t understand what they are looking at because the body looks like the fuel tank. Very neat design, and it doubles as weight reduction and aerodynamics!!! The frame is a hard tail design which incorporates a billet “V” section as the rear arm / axle mount. The built in axle has lowering ports to which you can slide through the lower or upper mount to give it a raised or lower stance. The wheels are special drag racing design which are machined from billet aluminum. They are a three piece design which attach through the a center cone that have extra large wheel bearings. It’s a very clean set up, with a 300mm Avon rear tire. Designed for looks but most of all strength and light weight. We are using a very aerodynamic front end, GCB inverted fork with KOSMAN machined upper and lower winged race triple trees with built in 5 degree rake. The handlebars are also machined out of a one piece block of billet aluminum that holds a custom speedometer with bezel. As far as the motor goes, no shortcuts were taken in this department either, we couldn’t go with anything less than the Notorious 145 C.I. Super Stock Race Engine from S&S’s race department.The engine has extra strong mounts to handle the Huge Torque and massive horsepower!!! High torque Baker Six Speed with a Bandit top fuel style clutch, we have a Pingel Air Shifter set up for those quick shifts, with a very trick inner and outer primary thats incorporated to be an outer support for crank and clutch . Never again will you be #2 when you are tearing up the streets or strip on this bike!!! Definitely not a starter bike!! It has CNC ported heads, roller rockers, high volume oil pump, billet steel rods, big pin cranks, forged pistons with piston oilers, big cam, large fin heads for cooling, dual port throttle body with S&S variable fuel injection. The Exhaust is built out of 320 stainless with a step design. This setup makes for a very streetable setup! Whether you are cruising the strip, tavern hopping, or showing off, this will excel in all categories!!!! These bikes are the baddest, fastest, most exotic setup you will ever see!
